About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Willowbrook Made Co. By placing an order, you agree to them.
What you are buying
Every piece is a digital file — a personalized design made to order, or a ready-made design you download. Any piece can also be printed by us on matte paper and posted inside the United States, for a flat postage fee shown in the basket.
Your photos
You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send us. You keep full ownership of your photos.
Personal use
Your files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Print them as often as you like for yourself or as gifts. Reselling or commercial use requires our written permission.
Prices and payment
Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency for convenience. Payment is processed securely in the currency shown on the payment page.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates and start once we have everything we need: your personalization and, for portraits, your photo.
Refunds
All sales are final, except duplicate orders. Our refund policy explains the details.
