What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, billing country and the details and photos you share, so we can create your print. When you message us or join our newsletter, we keep what you send us, such as your email address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To create and deliver your order, reply to your messages and, if you subscribe, send our newsletter. We keep simple, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed and an approximate location such as the city) to improve the shop. We don't store IP addresses.
Cookies
A few small cookies remember your language, country and currency, and your basket and favorites are kept in your browser. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our advertising. Outside the UK and the EU it is on by default; in the UK and the EU it loads only if you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time from the link at the foot of any page.
Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta pixel to see which of our adverts lead to an order. It tells Meta which pages you opened on our site and, when you buy, the amount of the order and your email address in a scrambled form that cannot be read back. It is never told your name, your address or what is in your basket. Meta also logs a few things by itself, such as a button being clicked, which we did not ask for and do not use. You can switch all of it off from the link at the foot of any page. If your browser asks sites not to track you, we don't load it at all.
Our shop assistant
The chat assistant on our site is powered by an AI provider. What you type there is sent to that provider only to answer you, so please don't share sensitive information in it.
Your photos
Your photos are used only to create your portrait. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help run the shop: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and storage, email delivery and the AI provider we use for our assistant and studio tools. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
