What we make
Every piece comes two ways: as a digital file you print yourself, or printed by us on matte paper and posted to you inside the United States. We want you to love yours either way.
Free revisions
For personalized prints we send a preview before final delivery and make changes for free until you're happy with it.
Files are final, prints are not
Digital files cannot be returned once they have been sent, so those sales are final. A printed piece is different: if it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it or refund it.
Duplicate orders
If you accidentally paid for the same order twice, message us and we'll refund the duplicate.
If something isn't right
If a file won't open or we made a mistake, message us and we'll fix it or send you a new file at no cost.
